Meet Your Guide

Hi, I'm Maiza.

I'm an Artist, Kundalini Yoga teacher, meditation guide, Reiki & sound Healer and the founder of Akasha.

It may sounds I am doing different things but it is all connected, I create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, express their stories and remember who they are.

Like many women, there was a time when I felt disconnected from myself — constantly moving, creating, working and caring for others while forgetting to create space for my own wellbeing.

What began as a personal journey of healing and self-discovery eventually became a daily practice and a way of life.

Kundalini Yoga taught me that transformation doesn't happen by becoming someone else. It happens when we create the space to remember who we truly are beneath the stress, expectations and noise of everyday life.

I created Akasha to offer women a place where they can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, meditation and community.

My intention is not to help you achieve perfection.

My intention is to help you build a sustainable relationship with yourself — one that feels grounded, supportive and deeply nourishing.

Whether you are joining from across the street or across the world, I hope these classes become a weekly reminder that you deserve time for yourself, your wellbeing and your growth.
